Čas prepravy poštových zásielok/Transit time of postal items

     Čas prepravy poštových zásielok je definovaný ako D+n, kde D znamená deň podania a n počet dní, ktoré uplynuli od podania po dodanie poštovej zásielky.
     Transit time of postal items is defined as D+n; where D means the day of posting and n means the number of days after posting to the delivery of the postal item.

     Norma kvality stanovuje percentuálny podiel zásielok dodaných v určenej lehote. Napr. lehota D+2 znamená, že zásielka má byť dodaná najneskôr dva dni po dni podania zásielky (sobota, nedeľa a sviatok sa nezapočítavajú).
     The quality standard determines the percentage of delivery items to be delivered in the set time limit. For example the limit D+2 means that the item should be delivered at latest two days after the day of posting of postal item (Saturday, Sunday and holiday are not included).

Rezolúcia Svetovej poštovej únie C 52/2008/The Resolution C 52/2008 of the Universal Postal Union 

     Svetová poštová únia prijala rezolúciu C 52/2008 a Programom kvality služby pre roky 2009 – 2012 odporučila prijať členským štátom opatrenia, aby bola v medzinárodnej poštovej prevádzke postupným progresívnym rastom dosiahnutá norma D+5 pre prioritné listy zo 65% v roku 2008 na 80 % v roku 2012.

     The Universal Postal Union has adopted the Resolution C 52/2008 and by the Program of quality of service for years 2009 – 2012 recommended to take measures to the member states that it will be in international postal operation by the gradual progressive growth achieved the standard D+5 for priority letters from 65% in year 2008 to 80% in year 2012.
